From Potsdam Hauptbahnhof, take a tram, bus or taxi towards the city centre. Enter Dortustraße 9–10, 14467 Potsdam as your destination in the journey planner. From Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER), check the current connection to Potsdam and continue from Potsdam Hauptbahnhof.

Please leave your room by 11:00 on your departure day.

If you plan to spend more time in Potsdam after check-out or have questions about departure, please speak to reception.

Parking

A limited number of hotel parking spaces is available directly at the hotel for €10 per night. A space must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.

Please contact reception before arrival to reserve a space. If no hotel space is available, the public Parkhaus Zentrum Hegelallee, Hegelallee 6–10, 14467 Potsdam, is an alternative within walking distance. It is operated separately; its own current charges and conditions apply.

Whether breakfast is included depends on your booked rate. Additional breakfast costs €13 per person. If you booked without breakfast or are unsure what is included, please ask reception.

Our breakfast offers sweet and savoury choices, coffee and tea. Please tell us about vegetarian, vegan or other dietary requirements in advance.

Please tell reception about allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements as early as possible. For lunch and dinner, restaurants and cafés can be found in the city centre and Dutch Quarter. Restaurant recommendations (German).

Free Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is free during your stay. Open your device’s Wi-Fi settings, select the following network and enter the password exactly as shown, including capital and lower-case letters.

Connection problems?

1. Check that Wi-Fi is switched on.
2. Switch Wi-Fi off briefly and back on.
3. Select the correct network again and check the password carefully.

Your room

Our double rooms are approximately 22 m² and have a double bed, a coffee and tea station, and a bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. Rooms with an extra bed can accommodate up to three guests.

The apartment offers additional living and sleeping space and a kitchenette. The layout and facilities vary by room and category. If a particular feature is important to you, please check with reception.

Room cleaning

Hotel rooms are cleaned every two days. Towels are changed every two days or on request, at no extra charge.

Access to the building

The entrance is step-free. Four rooms can be reached without stairs. There is no lift. Please arrange one of these rooms with reception in advance. If you have specific requirements for the room or bathroom, please contact reception before arrival.
